Intuitive Painting

Our ACCESS Cancerlink workshop on intuitive painting, facilitated by Audrey Weinberg, was a great success. Everyone went home feeling energized and more in touch with their creativity.

First Tuesday Personal Development Book Club

The First Tuesday Club will take you on a journey of self-discovery as we explore key themes in personal development over five sessions. Each month a book is recommended to stimulate reflection about personal experiences. The group meets on the first Tuesday of each month, starting in February and ending in June this year, and is facilitated by at least one counsellor from ICC. While this is not a therapy group, the counsellors ensure that the group offers a safe space for exploration at a deeper level.

We are currently taking sign-ups and will notify everyone when we have enough names to begin. To put your name on the list, contact Aine Campbell.
